- Governed by Section 144(V) of the Customs and Excise (General) Regulations as read
with Statutory Instrument 247 of 2023. - At least 10 years of serving in the Government for non-Health and Child Care Ministries,
Agencies and Departments - At least 2 years for all employees in the Health Sector and no year restriction for Doctors
- Motor Vehicle should be less than 10 years from year of manufacturing
- Motor Vehicle should be valued within market value
- Civil Servant should provide a copy of their ID, driver’s license (or CVR letter if unclear)
and a valid invoice from a reputable garage, as well as recommendation letters from their
Ministry and Public Service Commission (for MDAs under PSC) - Below are the allowable thresholds:
